The Foundation is one of the benefactors  of the annual Taste of Alhambra sponsored by the Alhambra Downtown Association. This street party is held on the first Sunday of June each year.

Attendees enjoy wonderful food from local restaurants, wine tasting, entertainment, and a silent auction sponsored by AEF. The Taste of Alhambra has grown over the years with attendance reaching more than 1,000 attendees in 2009.

Taste of Alhambra 2010

More than 1,000 festive foodies came out to enjoy an evening of food and drink at this year’s Taste of Alhambra on Sunday, June 6, 2010. Thirty-five restaurants, six wineries, and two beverage trucks, along with live music performances, made up what was considered the largest Taste of Alhambra ever.
