AEF has donated to many special programs within the Alhambra Unified School District that directly impacts the students. AEF has a deep commitment to literacy as well as the visual and performing arts, and has continued to support programs that enhance these areas of the curriculum.
Student safety has also been a major concern as well, and AEF was able to purchase an Automated External Defibrilator(AED)unit for each school site. Staff members received training on the operation of the units.
Emergency Preparedness Supplies were purchased to supplement the supplies and equipment that were already on hand at each site. Hopefully the supplies will never need to be used, but it's always good to be prepared. |
